Kristie L. Blumenschein Ms. Blumenschein joined the Firm as an Associate in 1997 and became Partner in 2005. Ms. Blumenschein advises individuals and entities on organizational structuring, financing, and regulatory and governance issues. Ms. Blumenschein further serves as legal counsel to court appointed receiverships. In 1992, Ms. Blumenschein earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. In 1996, Ms. Blumenschein received a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Adminstration from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Blumenschein began her career with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as a consultant until joining the Firm in 1997. Ms. Blumenschein is a member of the Dallas and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Texas.
